Salmon Dijion :: B.c. Salmon Recipes
Here's another salmon recipe that serves four and you can have table-ready in half an hour.
4 salmon steaks
2 tablespoons dijion mustard
1 teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Olive oil about a tablespoon
2 cups seasoned croutons
1 large zipper bag
1 Mix the dijion mustard, molasses and lemon juice together in a small bowl and brush the mixture over the salmon steaks, both sides.
2 Use a rolling pin to make crumbs from the croutons.
3 Place the crumbs in the zipper bag and shake one steak at a time until well coated with crumbs.
4 Oil a large non-stick skillet, raise to medium heat and add the salmon.
5 Cook the steaks about 5 minutes per side. The coating should be lightly browned and the salmon flesh should flake easily with a fork.
