We will be cleaning, filleting, vacuum packing, flash freezing and packing all your fish in cryo packed boxes, ready for travel.
Before transferring your catch to the home freezer, we recommend that
you check the seal of each package, to make certain none were
compromised during transport. Should you find any fillets where the seal
may have been damaged, you may want to place these in the refrigerator
for immediate consumption. Alternately, you could have them resealed.
If you placed an order with St. Jean's Smokehouse & Cannery, please allow at least 8 weeks for delivery before contacting them to follow up on the order. Late in the salmon season, processing time may extend to as long as 12 weeks.
