Here on the edge of civilization, lie the Queen Charlotte Islands. Those who have have visited these islands know first hand of their rugged wilderness, with canopied forests of giant red cedars and Sitka Spruce, and abundance of marine life in the surrounding North Pacific.
Much has been written about the mysteries of the Haida, a native culture who have called these islands their home for thousands of years. The Haida call the islands "Haida Gwaii". The guests of Peregrine Lodge call them spectacular.
Peregrine Lodge can pre book a helicopter at time of booking or our guests can book one at the lodge during their trip. There are many remote rivers and streams to fish or hike or just beachcomb on the rugged west side of the islands. Old growth forests and ancient Haida villages are just minutes away.
