Good sea conditions, tight schools of coho with halibut and ling cod mixed in defined the trip.
The coho were concentrated in the west in tight schools feeding on the large amount of bait.
A number of humpback whales were feasting on the bait schools, giving the fleet some great whale watching.

With the winds coming in from the northwest it brought in bait and large Chinooks. This was a great trip with 74 Chinook’s retained and 17 released. With the Chinook fishing being hot so were the tyees 14 over 30lbs and 4 over 40lbs and 1 at 58lbs released by Michael Norman fantastic. Coho fishing [...]

The hot sunny weather continues with our guests enjoying the blue skies.
Lots of great coho fishing with some nice 13lb , 14lb, and 15lb fish coming in from Edenshaw and Green Point.
