This is our last trip for the season, the weather cooperated for us and Coho were still showing up in strong numbers,halibut numbers were also good. The largest halibut a 73lb caught by Tom Nellis, Chinook were also strong for our last trip with the largest being a nice 30lb caught by Evan Jouber.

The sea’s were calm for this trip, with some very large coho showing up. The lodge record a 22lb. coho that stood for 15 years was broken when Chris Weber landed a 24lb coho, what a great fish. Lots of coho in the 14lb to 16lb size are showing up.

The strong westerly persisted on this fishing trip, although the sun was shining mother nature dictated our fishing area’s.

Good weather conditions prevailed for this trip. Morning action was strong for the first couple of days, with a little slower fishing on the flood tides.
