Our fourth trip of the season continues to produce good spring fishing, also strong numbers of coho are showing and of course halibut is steady. Weather for this trip was not as good as our prior three trips but very fishable. The honor for the largest spring for this trip goes William Huillery with a nice 39lb spring. The largest halibut goes to Mark Topolnyski with a 44lb, very nice size Mark. The largest coho goes to Gregg Vernon at 12lbs a great coho for this early in the season.

This trip continues with very decent weather and normal temperatures, the first two days of this trip continued to produce lots of springs, but it slowed up a little for the last two days but in the end was still very good fishing , we had lots of halibut and coho numbers are really getting strong now which is great news. Congratulations to Steve Taylor for the largest halibut at 81lbs, Steve is well stocked for fish and chips this year. the largest spring for the trip goes to John Herron at 46lbs. congratulations John great fish.

Our second trip continued with good weather and light winds and I am glad to announce the fishing continues to be great, lots of spring salmon being caught and a good amount of halibut, we are starting to get a good number of coho showing up although they are in that 6-9 lb range still a great fish for BBQ. Congratulations to Ingrid Jarrett who had the largest halibut for this trip at 22lbs.

We had a tie for the largest spring salmon of the trip, congrats to Jackie Erye and Joe Kizis for that nice 31lb spring. Also would like to thank Jackie Erye for that very nice e-mail thanking our crew for the way she was looked after and what a great trip she had it is always nice to hear, again thanks Jackie. I will pass it on to the crew.
